Digital sports entertainment and gaming company DraftKings Inc. has agreed to terms with the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians, which grants market access for DraftKings to begin retail sportsbook operations at the Lake of the Torches Resort Casino beginning Wednesday, August 28.
The deal is pending licensure and regulatory approvals. Upon launch, DraftKings Sportsbook mobile and retail operations will be available in 28 states along with Washington D.C. and Ontario, Canada.
